The 2024 IIAR Natural Refrigeration Conference & Heavy Equipment Expo will be held at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, Florida from March 24th – 27th , 2024. 

Note: This year we will not be selling access to recorded conference material. Recorded conference material will be provided free of charge to all IIAR members and conference registrants. Make sure to read the IIAR Conference Code of Conduct.

  • Full on-site registration (members, non-members and guests) includes admission to all technical sessions, the exhibit hall, and social events. The technical proceedings will be available for download to all IIAR members and conference registrants. 
  • Guest registrants must not be employed in the natural refrigeration industry.
  • Any person registering as an IIAR member must be a dues paying member in good standing. Membership will be verified.
  • Attendees under the age of 18 are free, however, they must be registered.
  • Daily Registration. Individuals may register for Monday or Tuesday.
  • Badges may be picked up on-site at the IIAR registration desk during normal registration hours.
  • Registration deadlines. Early Bird: postmarked on or before March 1, 2024; Regular: postmarked after March 1, 2024, or on-site.
  • IIAR Minor Liability Release Terms. 
Cancellation Policy • All cancellation and refund requests must be in writing, and are subject to a $100 (USD) processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after March 1, 2024. Cancellations/refund requests will be processed after the conference. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
