The exhibit hall is the center of activity with breaks and meals scheduled in the hall. Exhibitors may reserve up to three (3) booths.

Sponsorships Your sponsorship of the IIAR Industrial Refrigeration Conference & Exhibition demonstrates your support and commitment to IIAR and elevates your corporate visibility at the Conference & Exhibition. Your sponsorship also helps offset some of the costs associated with the meeting. Sponsors are recognized in the Condenser, during the business meeting and during events. Some sponsorships also offer the opportunity to display your corporate logo on items such as name badge lanyards, beverage cups, notepads, room keys and luggage tags.

Product/Service Showcase The Product/Service Showcase gives participating exhibitors the opportunity to make special technical presentations that combine practical information and/or training into a program that promotes a product/ service. The presentation room is located in the exhibit hall. Each session lasts 25 minutes, including a question-answer period.

NH₃ Condenser The Condenser, the IIAR Quarterly publication that reports on the Industrial Refrigeration industry, is mailed to the IIAR membership four weeks in advance of the annual IIAR Conference & Exhibition and is distributed on site. The magazine contains industry news and conference information including a schedule of events, an exhibitor listing, places to see and things to do around San Diego, and more. It’s an effective cross-promotional vehicle in conjunction with the conference and throughout the year. Each year’s exhibitor listing also serves as a valuable resource after the meeting.
