Three ways to Register prior to the meeting
1. Register On-line: Complete the on-line registration form here,
using your VISA or MasterCard. Be sure you have your membership ID #
when you register on-line.
2. Register by Mail: Download a PDF file of the registration form and return it to
IIAR Registration along with a check payable to IIAR in US funds drawn on
a US bank or use your VISA or MasterCard. Send the completed form and
payment to: International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration
P.O. Box 34801 | Alexandria, VA 22334-0801.
3. Register by Fax: Download a PDF file of the registration form. Fax it to IIAR at (703) 312-0065. Be sure to include your VISA or Mastercard information.
Registration forms must be received by March 7, 2008, or plan to register on-site.

You will receive confirmation within two weeks of IIAR's receipt of your registration.
The IIAR Registration Desk will be located outside of Broadmoor Hall. The Registration
Desk will be open for you to pick up your credentials or to register on-site during the
following hours:

Cancellation Policy: All cancellation and refund requests must be in writing,
and are subject to a $50 (USD) processing fee. No refunds will be granted for
cancellations received after February 15, 2008. Cancellations/refund requests will
be processed after the conference. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
