Shuttles will arrive and depart from the Cheyenne Mountain Resort at the Main Entrances
Shuttles will arrive and depart from the Broadmoor Hotel at the Broadmoor Hall (unless otherwise noted next to time)

Sunday, March 18th

  • Cheyenne Mountain Resort to Broadmoor Hotel
    • 11.30 am & 5:00 pm
  • Broadmoor Hotel to Cheyenne Mountain Resort
    • 7:15 pm & 9:15 pm (Broadmoor West)

Monday, March 19th

  • Cheyenne Mountain Resort to Broadmoor Hotel
    • 6:30 am & 8:00 am
  • Broadmoor Hotel to Cheyenne Mountain Resort
    • 5:30 pm & 6:00 pm

Tuesday, March 20th

  • Cheyenne Mountain Resort to Broadmoor Hotel
    • 7:00 am and 8:30 am
  • Broadmoor Hotel to Cheyenne Mountain Resort
    • 7:00 pm & 8:00 pm

Wednesday, March 21st

  • Cheyenne Mountain Resort to Broadmoor Hotel
    • 7:00 am & 8:30 am
  • Broadmoor Hotel to Cheyenne Mountain Resort
    • 12:30 pm & 2:00 pm

Transportation to the Olympic Training Center

There will be buses that run from the Broadmoor Hotel and the Cheyenne Mountain Resort to the Olympic Training Center for the IIAR Monday Night event

Cheyenne Mountain Resort Pickup Location:  Main Entrance
Broadmoor Hotel Pickup Location:  Broadmoor Hall

Departures will begin at 6:00 PM in each location.  Buses will loop back and forth until 9:30 PM.  
9:30 PM is the last bus back to either the Cheyenne Mountain Resort and the Broadmoor Hotel.
We encourage all guests to come as early as possible to view the Olympic Demonstrations and watch the Torch lighting ceremony.

Transportation for NRF Golf Event


Vans will begin pick-up for the NRF Golf Event beginning 9:30 AM at the Broadmoor Hotel - Broadmoor South Building.
There will be a looping pick up schedule until 11:00 AM.  Tee Time is 12:00 PM sharp.
Vans will drop off at the Broadmoor South Building between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM

Conference Attire
Dress Code for the IIAR Conference is business casual. The dress code for the Monday Night Olympic Training Center event is festive casual. So feel free to wear your jeans or your jewels.
