Make sure to join IIAR for this important webinar session regarding safe oil draining and proper personal protective equipment (PPE) for the industrial refrigeration setting. Our expert faculty will review best practices for safely draining oil from an ammonia refrigeration system. We’ll also look at draining from drop legs and oil pots, as well as different types of spring return and “Deadman” valves.
We will also discuss appropriate preparations for oil drainage , including equipment, PPE, documentation, permits, and notifications. We will also look at options besides draining directly into a bucket.
