IIAR - Technical Updates

After the form is submitted, you will receive an email acknowledgment containing a copy of your comments and any files you attached to the submittal. Retain this email for your records and for future reference.

Instructions for Submitting Comments Public Review #3 BSR/IIAR 2-1999R

1) Comments on this proposed revision must comply with these instructions.  For additional information, review the FAQ section for Public Review #3 BSR/IIAR 2-1999R.

2) Only highlighted sections of Public Review #3 BSR/IIAR 2-1999R are open for review and comment.
  
3) Comments must be received by the International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration (IIAR) by 5:00 pm EST May 4, 2008.

4) Submit a separate form for each comment.

5) Identify the specific section number in Public Review #3 BSR/IIAR 2-1999R that is the subject of the comment.

6) Provide a brief statement that substantiates a rationale for the comment.  (See window A below)

7) Prepare the comment in separate MS Word formatted files (preferred). Provide specific wording changes or action that will resolve your concerns.  When proposing text revisions, note changed text by using underline for additions and strikethrough for deletions.  Also, specify whether you approve or disapprove of the proposed document.

8) Use the browser field below to locate the MS Word file (preferred) or pdf file that contains the comment and any necessary substantiation of the comment.  Provide an abstract of lengthy substantiations in the window marked #B below and indicate whether attachments have been provided. Comments will not be accepted via email.

9) Electronic submittal is preferred; however, comments may also be submitted by U.S. Mail or by fax (703-312-0065).   To make use of this option, click the link at the end of this document.

10) All comments MUST be signed.  Choose one of the following methods when submitting comments electronically:
	a) Check Box # "O" to sign the On-line Form electronically.
	b) Sign the confirming email and forward a copy via U.S. Mail or fax and indicate the date on which the original comments were submitted.

This form must arrive at IIAR headquarters by 5:00 PM Eastern Time, May 4, 2008. Incomplete forms will not be accepted if submitted electronically, and disregarded if submitted by U.S. Mail or FAX.

A) Identify the specific section that your comments address.
Note: only Sections 9.1.4, 10.4.5, 13.3.1.6 and 15.1.7.4 are open for comment during this public review.

B) State nature of comment and substantiate: Provide a brief statement that substantiates the rationale for your comment and supporting documentation. Provide an abstract for lengthy substantiations submitted . If supplementary documents are provided, electronic files in MS Word (preferred) or PDF form can be attached below.

C) Attach comment, proposed revision and supporting documents (if necessary): Attach up to four files using the browser below. Click the Browser button, locate the Microsoft Word (*.doc and *.docx), Microsoft Excel (*.xls and *.xlsx), or Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf) file on your computer hard drive that you wish to submit, and attach it to this form.
