IIAR eLibrary User Agreement
Important: Read carefully before proceeding into the
IIAR eLibrary or printing any of the documents
Access to the Ammonia Refrigeration eLibrary is available exclusively to IIAR members in good standing. Access is available from any computer; however, concurrent use on more than one computer at a time using the same member name, password and Member ID number is not permitted.
The Bulletins, Standards and other publications contained herein are the copyrighted property of the International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration and as such are protected by all applicable United States and International laws. By accessing the eLibrary, you accept and agree to the terms of this User Agreement.
Subject to the payment of all applicable membership fees and your agreement to accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement, IIAR grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to access the materials contained in the eLibrary. The files are not downloadable and have been encoded to prevent unauthorized duplication and printing. You may not merge, adapt, translate, modify, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, assign or otherwise transfer the files contained in the eLibrary or printed copies of any of their contents. Proprietary notices appearing in any of the documents or files may not be removed. Your licensed rights are limited to the following:
- End User, Contractor, Engineer, Manufacturer, Manufacturer's Rep, Wholesaler, and Other Regular and Associate members of IIAR may review these documents on-line or print up to six (6) copies of each PDF file during the course of a membership year for your personal, internal, exclusive use only.
- International Organizations, Affiliate, Academic, Retired and Student members have on-line review access only.
Duplication and distribution of photocopies, commercially printed copies or electronic copies of these files and their contents, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited, without the prior written consent of IIAR.
You acknowledge and agree that the files contained in the eLibrary are the property of IIAR. You further acknowledge and agree that all right, title and interest in the files contained in the eLibrary, including all intellectual property rights, belong to IIAR.
You may not load or export or re-export any of the files contained in the IIAR eLibrary or any underlying information or technology except in full compliance with all United States and other applicable laws and regulations.
By accessing the eLIbrary, you agree to abide by the terms of this User Agreement as they are outlined above.
