The 2026 IIAR Natural Refrigeration Conference & Expo takes place at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, TX March 15th - March 18th, 2026. 

To Register please complete the registration process below:

• Sign in with your IIAR credentials or create a new account.  You will be able to select the appropriate registration options at that time.
• To register others, you will select register someone else and then select from existing or new. If you are unsure if they already have an account, you can email [email protected] before creating one for them. 
• You will need to answer the required questions and select "save responses" for each registrant before being able to checkout. The save responses button is located in the bottom right corner after the last question. 
• Proceed to checkout to complete registration.

*Please be sure to read over the IIAR conference Code of Conduct before answering the required questions. Badges are required for entry to the EXPO, Receptions and any other sessions/events at the conference.

Details on conference registration options: 

-End Users Only - Full conference registration includes admission to all educational sessions, the EXPO hall, and social events Sunday through Wednesday. This option is for End Users Only. Please note that End Users will receive BOGO free and it will automatically be applied in the cart if the requirements are met. Registrants must be from the same company and placed at the same time for the discount to be applied. *If you do not see the End Users Only registration option, your account is not designated as an End User account. Please email us so we can properly designate the account. 

-Full conference registration includes admission to all educational sessions, the EXPO hall, and social events Sunday through Wednesday.

-Monday only registration includes admission to educational sessions, the EXPO hall, and social events on Monday only. You may NOT pick up your badge prior to the day of your registration. 

-Tuesday only registration includes admission to educational sessions, the EXPO hall, and social events on Tuesday only. You may NOT pick up your badge prior to the day of your registration. 

Guests can be registered by selecting register someone else and choosing the appropriate registration option (Full, Monday Only, Tuesday Only). Guests may not be employed in the industry or staffing an exhibit booth, and receives the same access as outlined above for a regular conference attendee.
