Attendees of the Annual IIAR Natural Refrigeration Conference & Expo come from all facets of the industry including design engineers, contractors, end users, consultants, academics, scientists, trainers, and government agencies. It is the best place to reach a wide and diverse audience of ammonia and natural refrigeration professionals. 

The 2023 IIAR Natural Refrigeration Conference Expo Hall is a one-stop shopping venue for the latest products, services, and solutions in natural refrigeration. This is an opportunity to promote or launch new products or services, build and reinforce brand awareness and reach vital key decision makers throughout the natural refrigeration community.  

With more than 37,000 square feet of exhibition show floor and expecting over 140 exhibitors from all aspects of the industry, our show is proven to bring all natural refrigeration industry technologies, services and products to one place.

Exhibitors are also eligible to present a Technomercial at the 2023 Natural Refrigeration Conference & Heavy Equipment Expo at an additional cost. This is a great opportunity to promote your newest products or services in and exclusive presentation. Technomercials were created to enhance the conference technical program by giving exhibitors the opportunity to integrate practical and technical information and/or training into a program that promotes a product of service. This 30 minute presentation which includes a question and answer period can be recorded for your purchase.

Expo Registration Schedule 

Prior year sponsors receive priority booth selection for the next year's show.  Prior year exhibitors receive second priority booth selection. 

The 2023 IIAR Expo exhibitors’ registration window for submission opening: 
  1. Prior year sponsors – Monday, August 22nd at 1:00 PM EST 
  2. Prior year exhibitors – Wednesday, September 7th at  1:00 PM EST 
  3. All other exhibitors – Friday, September 30th, at 1:00 PM EST 

Expo Application


A minimum of a 50% deposit must accompany the registration form in order to reserve the space.  Full payment is due by December 9th, 2022. You may send a check by overnight mail or pay with a credit card.  

IIAR will direct bill each exhibitor once placement has been confirmed. Please note that there will be a 3% processing fee for each credit card transaction.

Cancellation Policy • IIAR will refund the deposit, less an administrative fee of $380, for cancellations received in writing before November 18, 2022. A refund of 50% of the exhibitor’s payment will be made for cancellations received in writing after November 18, 2022, and before December 20, 2022. No refunds will be issued after December 20, 2022.

Exhibitor Alert

Please be aware that IIAR does not sell or distribute IIAR attendee lists to any third party vendor.  If you have been approached by a third party vendor to purchase an IIAR conference attendee list, it is a scam.   

IIAR Exhibitors receive a pre-conference attendee list, and a post conference attendee lists as part of their exhibitor package.  IIAR does report these scammers to the FCC.   

If you receive correspondence from any individuals claiming to be selling an IIAR attendee list please report them to IIAR at [email protected]. We will take the appropriate action. We would suggest that you do not respond or engage with these vendors. It only emboldens their effort.
