CO2-2021 Standard Certificate Course
Safety Standard for Closed Circuit Carbon Dioxide Refrigeration Systems
Self-Paced Online Course
Course Description
This Certificate Class covers the consensus ANSI/IIAR Safety Standard for Closed Circuit Carbon Dioxide Refrigeration Systems dated 2021. This standard specifies the minimum requirements for the safe design, safe installation, startup, inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) of closed-circuit carbon dioxide refrigeration systems and modifications thereof.
The requirements of the standard include normative references and definitions, design of safe systems, machinery room requirements, pressure vessels and piping, system design and installation, startup, inspection, testing and maintenance, and informative appendices.
