     Important Dates to Remember
  • August 14th, 2019- Booth Selection for 2019 IIAR Sponsors begins - 1:00 PM EDT
  • September 4th, 2019 - Booth Selection for 2019 IIAR Exhibitors begins - 1:00 PM EDT
  • October 2nd, 2019 - Booth Selection for all other IIAR Exhibitors begins - 1:00 PM EDT
  • November 15th, 2019- Refunds for booth deposits will be accepted prior to this date less a $375 application fee.  Refunds after this date and prior to December 20th, 2019 are 50% of exhibitors payment.  Including Technomercials and Sponsorships
  • December 20th, 2019 - Balance for booth payment, Technomercial Payment and Sponsorship Payment is due. Full payment must accompany all contracts received after December 20th, 2019. No refunds are given after this date.
  • January 15th, 2020 - Variance Request for exceptions to the Exhibitor's Rules and Regulations must be submitted
  • February 14th, 2020 - Paid event registration cancellations are subject to a $85 processing fee prior to this date.  There are no refunds on event registration after this date.  
  • February 14th, 2020 - Name changes made after this date are subject to a $95.00 name change fee

2020 Exhibit Space Selection Process
Prior year sponsors will be able to submit exhibit space applications online, no earlier than August 14th, 2019 1:00 PM EDT.  If an application is received earlier than the appropriate submission date, that application will be deemed invalid.  Priority booth placement is given with sponsorship - If you would like to sponsor at the 2020 IIAR Conference please check out our website for sponsorship opportunities. All booths, aside for the 20'x20' and 20'x30' Islands, are 10'x10' in size.  You may reserve up to 3 inline 10'x10' booths.

2020 Sponsorships
Sponsorship application may be submitted directly with your 2020 exhibit space application or separately during the appropriate 2020 exhibit space application and submission dates.  Prior year sponsors receive priority.  All new or updated sponsorships will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Prior year sponsors are afforded the right of first refusal for their respective prior year sponsorships.  List of Sponsorship Opportunities

2020 Product Showcase
Product Showcase or Technomercial applications may be submitted directly with your 2020 exhibit space application or separately during the appropriate 2019 exhibit space application and submission dates.  Prior year sponsors receive priority.  Technomerical space is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

2020 Conference Dates
The 2020 IIAR Natural Refrigeration Conference & Expo takes place from Sunday, March 15th, through Wednesday March 18th, 2019 at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, FL.

Exhibitor Registration Information
Two complimentary full conference registrations are included with the price of each 10' x 10' booth.  Make sure to indicate who your two complimentary attendees will be when submitting your exhibit space application payment information.  Separate additional registration is required for each additional individual staffing the exhibit.  Additional representatives must pay either the IIAR Member or Non-member conference registration rates based on their individual membership status.  All individuals requiring access to the 2020 Expo Hall and/or any IIAR sponsored sessions, presentations, meals and social functions must be registered for the meeting.  Individuals who staff an exhibit booth may not register as a Guest/Spouse or Significant Other.

2020 General Conference Registration
General Registration for the 2020 IIAR Natural Refrigeration Conference & Expo will begin in September 2019.
Exhibitor Alert!

Please be aware that IIAR does not sell or distribute IIAR attendee lists to any third party vendor.  If you have been approached by a third party vendor to purchase an IIAR conference attendee list, it is a scam.  IIAR Exhibitors receive a pre-conference attendee land a post conference attendee lists as part of their exhibitor package.  IIAR does report these scammers to the FCC.  If you do receive correspondence from any individuals claiming to be selling an IIAR attendee list please report them to IIAR at [email protected]. We will take the appropriate action. We would suggest that you do not respond or engage with these vendors. It only emboldens their effort.
