Due to several key factors involving the extended duration of the COVD-19 Pandemic the in-person conference and expo event scheduled to take place in Palm Springs California June 20-23, 2021 has been cancelled.  IIAR will produce an online virtual event to take place for 1 week in the month of June 2021.  Exact dates and times will be available shortly.

INDIVIDUAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Virtual Event Cancellation Policy (new registrations)

All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing to conference@iiar.org, and are subject to an $85 (USD) processing fee.  There is an $85 name transfer fee after May 31, 2021. Cancellations/refund requests will be processed after the conference. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.  

  • 50% refund if cancelled after May 1, 2021 and before May 31, 2021.
  • No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after May 31, 2021. 

Virtual Event Cancellation Policy (transfers)

  • IIAR 2020 event registration transfers may request refunds based on the 2020 Conference Cancellation  details prior to May 31, 2021.

EXHIBITORS

Virtual Expo Event Cancellation Policy (new registrations)

All cancellation and refund requests must be in writing to conference@iiar.org, and are subject to an $375 (USD) processing fee. Cancellations/refund requests will be processed after the conference. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.  

  • IIAR will refund the deposit, less an administrative fee of $375, for cancellations received in writing before March 11, 2021.
  • A refund of 50% of the exhibitor’s payment will be made for cancellations received in writing after March 1, 2021 and before May 1, 2021.
  • No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2021.
