PDH/CE OPTIONS FOR IIAR ANNUAL MEETING EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS
IIAR continuing education credits received for participation at our Annual Meeting are accepted by RETA for certification maintenance and by the vast majority of U.S. states that require continuing education credits (Professional Development Hours/PDH) to maintain a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
However, some states (CA, FL, NJ, NY) require that PE maintenance credits be recognized by an accredited national provider. In order to accommodate our colleagues who need this level of accreditation, educational sessions delivered live at our Annual Conference meet the requirements of RCEP (Registered Continuing Education Program), a nationally recognized accreditor of professional engineering continuing education (unless otherwise noted in the Conference Program). Product Showcase Presentations are not eligible for either IIAR or RCEP PDH credit.
Participants may receive IIAR PDH credits and obtain an IIAR Certificate of Completion via the Hub & Space Annual Conference app. However, if maintenance of your certification or license requires verification by a national accreditor like RCEP, please send a request via email to [email protected] no later than 60 days after the end of the conference.

STEPS TO GENERATE A CERTIFICATE
CLICK HERE FOR PDH MANAGER
On your desktop, go to the IIAR Hub & Space Platform. You may get there through this link or you can use the IIAR on your smart phone as follows: First go to the Events page, then select the year. You will see the below dashboard, click on the PDH Platform icon. Please note, some sessions may end a few minutes early and you will not be able to claim credit until after the scheduled end time.
TO ADD SESSIONS
First make sure you are in the correct event and signed in to the IIAR Mobile platform and app with your IIAR username and password. If you don't remember your IIAR username and password email us at [email protected].
Under All Sessions (in the browser and in the app), add each session attended to My Sessions by clicking on + schedule next to the session time.
You may also go directly to the PDH Platform Tab and click on add session, note that session time must be over before you may add sessions through this method
TO CLAIM CREDITS
After adding your session, go to the Certification tab and click EVALUATE SESSION. Please note that you cannot claim credit for a session until the session officially ends. If a session's official end time is 10:30 am, you will not be able to claim credit or start the evaluation until 10:30 am.
Fill out the evaluation and click Submit
Enter QR code
Check CLAIM CREDITS, and go through the same process for all of your sessions.
GENERATING A CERTIFICATE
After claiming credit for all sessions attended for the entire meeting, to submit credit and generate your certificate, check the checkbox that states 'I hereby declare that the information state above is true to the best of my knowledge'
Generate the certificate by clicking on the 'proceed and generate certificate'
You will be able to download, print, and email your certificate as shown in the screenshot below
