The IIAR CO2 Committee maintains a close working relationship with our National and International members to; update information, review code requirements, update material, provide methods of application, research, safety and new component development.
Committee Goals
Objective #1 CO2 Handbook is a relevant industry resource.
- Review existing Handbook content to ensure it is relevant, accurate, and clear.
- Identify missing information to ensure it is up to date with industry developments.
- Expand relevance to all CO2 refrigeration applications.
- Identify editorial and content changes
Objective #2 CO2 Handbook is consistent with other IIAR publications.
- Identify and update the CO2 Handbook to ensure that it is consistent with latest IIAR CO2 Safety Standard
Objective #3 Implementation of Changes
- Identify and implement chapter revisions
- Review complete draft handbook to ensure consistency and completeness.
- Establish & maintain realistic & achievable publication deadline
