COURSE PURPOSE

On March 11, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued the Risk Management Program (RMP) "Safer Communities by Chemical Accident Prevention" final rule. Facilities with over 10,000 pounds of ammonia are covered by the Risk Management Program and will be impacted by the new rule. 

Join IIAR for a discussion of the major changes to the RMP Program as well as a review of the new compliance requirements.
