PRESIDENTS BRACKET ENTRY: For corporate sponsored foursomes & includes sponsorship of a hole. List the name of the sponsoring company and the individual golfers, with the corporate contact's name in Golfer Name Position 1. The team may be comprised of any combination of sponsoring company members, customers, associates and friends. Team Cost $2,500.00

OPEN COMPETITION BRACKET: For individual participants of all skill levels. Four-player teams will be assigned by the Tournament Committee based on handicap or by request. If handicap is not known, please submit typical score for a round. Individual Cost $375.00

Click the radio button to choose whether you would like to register as an individual golfer or you would like to register a corporate team. Once you have made your selection, you will be asked to fill out names and handicaps for all players. Please add as much information as you can.
