Important Dates to Remember

• August 9th, 2017 - Booth Selection for 2017 IIAR Sponsors begins - 1:00 PM EDT
• September 4th, 2017 - IIAR Room Block opens at The Broadmoor Hotel
• September 6th, 2017 - Booth Selection for 2017 IIAR Exhibitors begins - 1:00 PM EDT
• October 4th, 2017 - Booth Selection for all other IIAR Exhibitors begins - 1:00 PM EDT
• November 10th, 2017- Refunds for booth deposits will be accepted prior to this date less a $350 application fee.  Refunds after this date and prior to December 15th, 2017 are 50% of exhibitors payment.  Including Technomercials and Sponsorships
• December 15th, 2017 - Balance for booth payment, Technomercial Payment and Sponsorship Payment is due. Full payment must accompany all contracts received after December 1st, 2017. No refunds are given after this date.
• January 19th, 2017 - Variance Request for exceptions to the Exhibitor's Rules and Regulations must be submitted
• February 9th, 2017 - Paid event registration cancellations are subject to a $75 processing fee prior to this date.  There are no refunds on event registration after this date.  
• February 23rd, 2018- Name changes made after this date are subject to a $85.00 name change fee

2018 Exhibit Space Selection Process
Prior year sponsors will be able to submit exhibit space applications online, no earlier than August 9th, 2017 1:00 PM EDT.  If an application is received earlier than the appropriate submission date, that application will be deemed invalid.  Priority booth placement is given with sponsorship - If you would like to sponsor at the 2018 IIAR Conference please check out our website for sponsorship opportunities. 2018 Sponsorships
Sponsorship application may be submitted directly with your 2018 exhibit space application or separately during the appropriate 2018 exhibit space application and submission dates.  Prior year sponsors receive priority.  All new or updated sponsorships will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Prior year sponsors are afforded the right of first refusal for their respective prior year sponsorships.

2018 Product Showcase
Product Showcase or Technomercial applications may be submitted directly with your 2018 exhibit space application or separately during the appropriate 2018 exhibit space application and submission dates.  Prior year sponsors receive priority.  Technomerical space is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

2018 Conference Dates
The 2018 IIAR Natural Refrigeration Conference & Expo takes place from Sunday, March 18th, through Wednesday March 21st, 2018 at the Broadmoor Hotel and Resort in Colorado Springs Colorado.

Exhibitor Housing Information
The IIAR room block at The Broadmoor Hotel & Resort opens on Monday, September 4th, 2017.  IIAR room rates cannot be guaranteed if rooms are booked prior to that date.

Exhibitor Registration Information
Two complimentary full conference registrations are included with the price of each 10' x 10' booth.  Make sure to indicate who your two complimentary attendees will be when submitting your exhibit space application payment information.  Separate additional registration is required for each additional individual staffing the exhibit.  Additional representatives must pay either the IIAR Member or Non-member conference registration rates based on their individual membership status.  All individuals requiring access to the 2018 Exhibit Hall and/or any IIAR sponsored sessions, presentations, meals and social functions must be registered for the meeting.  Individuals who staff an exhibit booth may not register as a Guest/Spouse or Significant Other.

2018 General Conference Registration
General Registration for the 2018 IIAR Natural Refrigeration Conference & Heavy Equipment Expo will begin in August 2017.
