There will be a $20 charge for any additional person per room.  The resort fee is $16 single or double occupancy, and $2.50 for each additional person over double occupancy per night.  The resort fee includes: Unlimited access to The Broadmoor Spa Fitness Center;  Local Access Calls; Daily Newspaper; Long Distance Access Charges/800 Access Charges; Incoming faxes; In-room coffee and tea; Wireless and hard-line internet access in room and lobby areas. A $32 resort fee includes Daily Group Fitness Classes, Resort and local activity shuttle service to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Starsmore Center and Seven FAlls, Admission to nightly movie and select matinees in the Broadmoor Theater, Twice Daily housekeeping service, in room evening bottled water and ice delivery, access to indoor/outdoor pools, whirpools and lap pools, art and history tour, horticultural tour, golf clinic, complimentary tennis round robins, one-hour use of paddle boats (in season), and arrival gift.  Please confirm resort fees upon check-in.

Cheyenne Mountain Resort
The Cheyenne Mountain Resort is located approximately 2 miles west of the Broadmoor Hotel and is considered the overflow hotel for the 2018 IIAR Natural Refrigeration Conference & Expo.  Two Shuttles will be provided in the morning and at night for conference attendees staying at the Lodge.  Shuttle times will be made available as soon as the conference program is confirmed.
The 2018 NRF William A. Kahlert Golf Tournament will be held at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort on Saturday March 18th.  Shuttles from the Broadmoor Hotel to the Cheyenne Mountain Resort will provided for that event.

Colorado Springs Airport

The Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is conveniently located approximately 8 miles/15 minutes from The Broadmoor.  This airport is a breeze to travel through and the terminal access is fantastic.  Most often, it only takes 30 minutes from your arrival gate to the Hotel’s front door. 

Non-stop airport shuttle service is available at $24 per person one-way inclusive; reservations are required for guaranteed service.  Small children that are qualified to sit on an adult's lap are eligible to ride free (children are qualified if they are able to sit on an adult's lap on an airplane without purchasing a seat).  Upon arrival to the Colorado Springs Airport, please check in at The Broadmoor Welcome Desk conveniently located on the lower level baggage claim area, serving as a central meeting point for groups and a convenient resource for transportation needs. 

Denver International Airport:  Non-stop airport shuttle service is available at $95 per person one-way inclusive; reservations are required for guaranteed service.  Upon arrival to Denver International Airport, please proceed to Door 500 inside the West baggage claim where a uniformed Broadmoor concierge/greeter will be stationed with a sign, 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.  Guests will be escorted to an awaiting vehicle.  Denver International Airport has personnel available throughout the terminal to assist guests to Door 500.
