  • Full registration (members, non-members and spouse/guest) includes admission to all technical sessions, the exhibit hall, and social events. The 2020 technical proceedings will only be available for download to member and non-member registrants. The spouse registration fee is not available to individuals employed in the industry or staffing an exhibit booth.
  • Any person registering as an IIAR member must be a dues paying member in good standing. Membership will be verified. For the purpose of the annual meeting, IIAR has three member categories—regular, associate, and affiliate—all others are considered non-members and are required to pay the non-member registration fee.
  • The minimum age requirement for all IIAR conference, event and exhibit hall attendance is 18 years old.
  • Daily Registration. Individuals may register for Monday or Tuesday.
  • A confirmation of your registration will be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to you within two weeks of receiving your payment.
  • Badges may be picked up on-site at the IIAR registration desk during normal registration hours.
  • Payments must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Payment (checks payable to International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration/IIAR or a credit card number) must accompany your registration form. Wire transfers should include an additional $30 (USD) bank fee. Registrations cannot be processed if received without payment. If you are paying by a purchase order, full payment must be received before the conference.
  • Registration deadlines. Early Bird: postmarked or registered on or before February 21, 2020; Regular: postmarked or registered after February 21, 2020, or on-site.
