Virtual Platform Training
The Virtual Platform that IIAR will be using for this event is called Pathable.  We will have specific IIAR event information available shortly.  In the meantime you can check out the Demo Site Here: https://vision-summit-virtual.pathable.co/  - Anyone exploring here should click “Sign In” in the top right corner and then “Create an Account” instead of clicking the “Register” button on the main page. 
IIAR will hold training webinars in April on how to construct and manage your booth space.

2021 Conference Dates
The 2021 IIAR Natural Refrigeration Online Conference & Virtual Expo takes place from Monday June 21st through Friday June 24th, 2021 through a online platform.  Platform details will be delivered to registrants upon registration.

Exhibitor Registration Information
Complimentary full conference registrations are included with the price of each virtual booth.  The amount of complimentary registration varies with the type of booth that is purchased.  Separate additional registration is required for each additional individual staffing the exhibit.  Additional representatives must pay either the IIAR Member or Non-member conference registration rates based on their individual membership status.  All individuals requiring access to the 2021 Virtual Expo Hall and/or any IIAR online sponsored sessions, presentations, and social functions must be registered for the meeting.

Exhibitor Alert!

Please be aware that IIAR does not sell or distribute IIAR attendee lists to any third party vendor.  If you have been approached by a third party vendor to purchase an IIAR conference attendee list, it is a scam.  IIAR Exhibitors receive a pre-conference attendee land a post conference attendee lists as part of their exhibitor package.  IIAR does report these scammers to the FCC.  If you do receive correspondence from any individuals claiming to be selling an IIAR attendee list please report them to IIAR at [email protected]. We will take the appropriate action. We would suggest that you do not respond or engage with these vendors. It only emboldens their effort.

2021 Exhibit Space Selection Process
Due to the cancellation of the 2020 IIAR Conference and the subsequent transfer of partial booth fees to the 2021 event, placement for the 2021 Expo Hall floor will be conducted on a case by case basis.  If you have a question regarding the status of registration please can contact Eileen McKeown directly with questions regarding booth placement and sponsorship [email protected].

The 2021 Event will be an online Exhibit Hall.  Exhibit Hall hours are listed and attendees will be able to interact directly with Exhibitors during designated hours .

Prior year sponsors receive priority on current year sponsorships.  All new or updated sponsorships will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Prior year sponsors are afforded the right of first refusal for their respective prior year sponsorships.

2021 Product Showcase
Product Showcase or Technomercial applications may be submitted directly with your 2021 exhibit space application.  Only Premium booth and Prestige booth packages are eligible to present a Technomercial.  Technomercials will be delivered live with a question and answer format during exhibit hall hours.  They will be recorded and made available to registrants throughout the duration of the program and beyond for a full year. Technomercial space availability is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Technomercial Member and Non-member fee:  $4,000
